Glomma wooden chest of drawers

glomma chest
The construction of the chest appears as the combination of natural, genuine oak wood and four steel legs, which guarantee stability. Frontal parts of the chest were made of solid oak wood, enriched with elements of solid chestnut whose overall looks reminds of waves of Glomma – the longest river in Norway. The whole structure constitutes fully utalitarian furnishing of an interior space, with additional aesthetic values.

Beauty and simplicity in artisanal work
Furniture made of natural wood is distinguished by its extraordinary quality and durability. By choosing the Glomma wooden chest of drawers, you gain a piece of furniture whose beautiful appearance will not change despite the passage of time. Manual work on individual elements guarantees a perfect fit of the elements. We pay great attention to detail, which is why the presented chest of drawers is a combination of aesthetics and functionality. When creating this project, the main goal was to refer to nature, and the inspiration was the longest river in Norway - Glomma. Wanting to maintain the connection with nature, we took care to hand-finish each element, so you too can liven up your interior and introduce an accent referring to the beauty of nature to the arrangement.

"The wooden Glomma chest of drawers is a reference to the river of the same name. The fact that it was used to transport wood is inspiring. In this way, we wanted to emphasize the harmonious combination of aesthetics, durability and natural materials. When creating the project, the goal was to develop a piece of furniture that would simultaneously provide comfort of use, the necessary storage space and additionally decorate the interior. The effect we achieved is delightful, and the high legs further emphasize the beauty inherent in the combination of nature and design."
